Delivery and Returns:
Delivery:
Free P&P in the UK.
Usually I do my admin on a Monday/ Thursday and then post in the UK via Royal Mail First Class/ Track 24 for Card Orders and Parcel Force 24-48 hr Express Delivery (tracked, signed for and protected up to £150) for Giclée Prints.
If stocks are low, lead time up to 10 days for cards/ 3 weeks for prints. (I will be in touch via e-mail if I cannot send your order promptly).
Overseas delivery costs are calculated at the checkout, sent via Parcel Force Global Priority (tracked and protected up to £200). Please list the most expensive item to calculate delivery cost and that should cover the cost if there is an extra un-mounted print or card(s). If there is a large, extra weight please e-mail me in the first instance before payment so that I can arrange the cheapest way to package your delivery for you.
*Please note that customs duties may be payable on international orders (including EU). These are NOT included in the shipping fees calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns:
I hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if not please be reassured that you can return your order within 14 days, safely packaged in its original condition and receive a complete refund. If your item is damaged on delivery, please contact me by email in the first instance.
